Additional Information:

General information1. Payments shall be made via PayPal in USD. Prices may vary or change depending on complexity, requirements and/or additional requests.
2. All commissions are for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed upon. Artwork created for commercial purposes is subject to an additional fee.
3. The Artist reserves the right to decline any commission request at their discretion.
4. Commissions work on a waitlist basis. As such, commissions that were given first will take priority, so on and so forth.
5. Commission requests that have short and inflexible deadlines will be declined.
6. Rude or unsavory behavior on the part of the Client are grounds for cancellation.Pricing and Payment1. A non-refundable 50% downpayment of the original price is required to secure the commission. The artist will NOT proceed with the commission if this down payment is not given.
2. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the artwork. The Client has the option to pay the remaining balance before or after the artwork has been completed.
3. The Client is encouraged to send a proof of payment to the artist whether an invoice was given or not. This will help the artist keep track of all payments made.
4. Refunds will only be provided if the artist is not able to complete the commission due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or emergency. Otherwise, there will be no refunds granted, even if the Client cancels their order.Rights and Usage1. All preparation materials, visuals and sketches, including all electronic files used to create the project remain the property of the Artist.
2. The Artist retains the right to display the commissioned artwork in their portfolio, social media, and for self-promotion, unless otherwise agreed upon.
3. The Client may use the commissioned artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes. As such, The Client must credit the Artist using their respective social tag/username/link when displaying the artwork.
4. The Client must not edit, trace, distribute, modify, or claim the commissioned art pieces as their own without the Artist’s explicit permission.
5. Both the Artist and the Client agree to keep any confidential information exchanged during the commission process confidential.Commission Process and Revisions1. The Client will provide clear references and details of their requests. Additional descriptions are much appreciated.
2. The Artist will then review the request and provide a price quote and estimated timeline
3. The Client will then pay the non-refundable deposit to secure the commission slot.
4. The Artist will provide periodic updates to the client during the creation process, allowing for feedback and minor revisions.
5. Once the Client submits the final payment, The artist will deliver the completed artwork via email or google drive link.
6. Revisions or modifications will only be allowed during the sketch stage. Subject to the Artist’s discretion, Significant changes or additional revisions requested after the completion of the artwork may incur an additional fee.
7. If the Artist commits an error (with proper proof and basis), the Artist will make any appropriate change with no additional cost.This T.O.S may be subject to changes at any time without notice.Thank you
